I left a previous state not in order to replace it with another one but because the previous one was also a lodging along the way. The enduring in thinking is the way. And in the ways of thinking lies the secret that they can be walked both forwards and backwards, and, what is more, you can really advance only by the way which leads backwards.

Since its premiere in Tao Te has received Rudolf Laban Prize, Main Award of 4 th National and International Contemporary Dance Festival in Hungary and the prize of 15. “Masdanza” International Choreography Contest.

Ferenc Fehér mostly woks in dance and movement theater, contemporary dance, physical theater fields. He has never had any formal dance training, but free style dance, marital arts and long term collaboration with Anikó Juhász (O. Caruso) helped him to create and further develop his personal style.

He worked continuously with the Company Finita la Commedia – directed by Anikó Juhász (O. Caruso) – from 1999- to 2007, performed in critically acclaimed and award winning choreographies. Since 2007 Ferenc Feher has been successfully making his own choreographies. His chorographical work has received several Hungarian and international awards.

Performance Tao Te was awarded with prestigious Rudolf Laban Prize, The Best Contemporary Dance Performance of year 2010 in Hungary.
