12:30-14:00 | LORA JUODKAITĖ (Lithuania-France) | 90 min
This workshop is dedicated to professionals: dance students, dance graduates and dancers already following their careers.
The essence of the seminar – conscious movement.
What does it mean? Conscious action? Do I, a professional, should think about it? I am moving in a technically perfect way… It is possible, but we will not be talking about technique in a sense of a form.
This workshop will help us to look at our body deliberately, without automatism (it is so common for dancers), and also to look inside our mind and heart… (this is usually put aside, as life experience, problems and joys interfere with concentration).
This workshop will also give you a possibility to sense the creative process of the TORTDRE production (by Rachid Ouramdane).
10:00-12:00 | YOSHIKO WAKI / BODYTALK (Germany) | 120 min.

12:15-14:00 | MITSUTAKE KASAI (Japan) | 105 min.
I put the word of Butoh under the title of my workshop. Some of you may already have seen Butoh or known about it. But some of you may never have experienced about it before. I think Butoh is not a style of dance but a dance about yourself. So I think Butoh has infinitive possibility of the dance. In this workshop, I will share with you important things which I have experienced and learned from Butoh. The connection between image and body. Inside body and outside body. Choreography and improvisation. These 3 elements are the theme of this workshop.
